* 嚴格遵守團隊編碼規範，撰寫單元測試，確保程式邏輯正確性與可維護性

* 維護既有程式碼，辨識並解決線上問題與效能瓶頸，持續執行重構與 Clean Code 實踐

* 協助業務單位排查 CMS 日常操作問題，確保後台服務穩定可用

必備條件

* 3 年以上 Python 後端開發經驗

* 熟悉 Flask 框架，具備 RESTful API 設計與實作經驗

* 熟悉 Celery 非同步任務排程機制

* 熟悉 SQLAlchemy ORM，具備關聯式資料庫設計與 SQL 優化能力

* 具備 Redis 快取與 Message Queue 的實務操作經驗

* 熟悉 Linux 基本操作與 Apache HTTP Server 設定

* 具備 CI/CD 觀念，熟悉 Git 版本控管流程

* 具備良好的溝通表達能力與跨職能團隊合作精神
