  • Review project outputs, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement in design quality and delivery.

  • Work closely with the Studio Lead to support team development, mentor junior staff, and contribute to the growth of the Glasgow practice.

About you

  • Experience within Education, Healthcare, Defence, Residential, and Public Sector projects is preferred.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and visualisation software such as Enscape or V-Ray.

  • Commercial awareness with experience managing project budgets, programmes, and deliverables.
