UI / UX Designer - Intern

We are looking for a creative and motivated UI/UX Designer Intern to join our team. You'll work closely with product, design, and development teams to create intuitive, engaging, and user-friendly digital experiences. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about design, eager to learn, and excited to turn ideas and user needs into polished digital products.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in designing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Conduct basic user research and gather insights to improve product experiences.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other designers.
• Apply design principles related to usability, accessibility, typography, color, and visual hierarchy.
• Contribute to design systems and maintain consistency across products.
• Participate in design reviews and incorporate feedback.
• Stay updated with current UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in design, UX/UI, HCI, computer science, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of UI/UX design principles and user-centered design.
• Familiarity with tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
• A good eye for visual design, layout, typography, and color.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• A portfolio or examples of design projects are preferred.

Good to Have:

• Understanding of responsive and mobile-first design.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
• Experience with usability testing or user research.
• Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.
• Personal, academic, or freelance UI/UX projects.
