What you'll do
- Integration & Migration: Guide and oversee the migration of payroll data to ADP, ensuring data accuracy and zero-error execution.
- Brazilian Regulatory Compliance: Serve as the subject matter expert for Brazilian government reporting (eSocial), directing what and how data is reported to maintain full regulatory compliance.
- Payroll Accounting & GL Control: Oversee General Ledger (GL) posting logic and P&L registers for payroll, responsible for revisions, reconciliations, and financial audits.
What we're looking for
- 4+ years of overall experience
- Deep operational expertise in Brazilian labor compliance and eSocial reporting requirements.
- Strong background in payroll accounting.
- Experienced in payroll software and/or system integrations (ADP experience strongly preferred).

This role is based in our São Paulo office. Atoms is a company driven by invention and continuous change - we are constantly reimagining our industries, building new products, and refining how we operate. We do our best work together. That's why all of our office-based teams work onsite, five days a week.
