CDC Service Desk - Weekend Shift:

Sat-Sun 5 AM to 6 PM

Mon-Tues 12 PM - 9 PM

New Employee Training 7:30 AM- 4:30 PM (four weeks)

As a Help Desk Technician I, the work you’ll do will be impactful to the

mission of Center for Disease Control and Prevention. You will play a

crucial role in assisting the Service Desk in providing (24/7) IT

Support to CDC staff.

Support the Service Desk - Weekend Team
Collaborate with other CDC Service Desk staff
Drive the key policies and procedures for IT Support.
Utilize the IT Support tools provided by the Customer Engagement
