Major Responsibilities:

• Ownsand managesthe product backlog with ruthless prioritization to maximize value delivery

• Leadssprint planning ceremonies and agile rituals to ensure timelyexecution and team alignment

• Translatesstrategic vision into actionable user stories, epics, and technical requirements with clear acceptance criteria

• Partnersdirectly with engineering teams to define architecture-aligned solutions and remove blockers

• Definesand trackskey performance indicators to measure feature adoption, user engagement, and clinical impact

• Coordinatescross-functional delivery with design, engineering, clinical operations, and compliance teams

• Shipsfeaturesiteratively with focus on continuous delivery and rapid feedback loops

• Managesproduct launches and go-to-market coordination across implementation, support, and sales teams

• Maintainsconsistently shippable backlog through structured prioritization using value, risk, effort, and clinical impact criteria

Licensure, Registration, and/or Certification Required:

Education Required:

Bachelor’s Degreeor equivalent knowledge in IT or related field

Experience Required:

5 years of software engineering or product management experience in healthcare technology, digital health, or related fields

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:

• Demonstrated track recordin designing, building, and iterating on end-to-end features and capabilities.

• Comfortableoperating in a heavily matrixed organization and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.

• Strong verbal communication and comfort speaking about work alongside senior stakeholders and executives.

• Ability to translate team vision into actionable product roadmaps that drive real-world results.

• Commitment to innovation, equity, and patient-centered care.
