Junior Partnerships Manager

About the Role

As the Partnerships Manager, you will support the growth of Audiomob’s gaming and app developer network by helping identify, engage, onboard and grow relationships with developer partners.

This role is suited to someone with an interest in app monetisation, gaming or eager to develop their deal making skills. 

You will work closely with senior members of the team to pitch, close, onboard and integrate developers into the Audiomob ecosystem.

Required Experience

• 1 - 2 years of experience in partnerships, business development, account management, monetisation, developer relations or a similar role within gaming, apps, adtech, or a related industry
• Experience with outreach strategies, pipeline management, commercial conversations, onboarding or account growth
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships with external partners and speak on panels on behalf the company
• Comfortable working with product, engineering, marketing and operations teams

Nice to Have

• Degree in Computer Science, Business, Marketing or a related field
• Multilingual skills e.g. Mandarin, Russian, Arabic, French or Spanish
• Experience using CRM tools or managing partner pipelines
• Experience public speaking and presenting to large audiences

Roles & Responsibilities

• Identify, pitch and onboard new game and app developer partners
• Manage developer Slack, Telegram, MS Teams conversations
• Upsell existing developers with new formats, optimisations and revenue growth plans 
• Represent Audiomob at industry events, conferences and panel discussions including public speaking
