Performance Marketing - управление рекламными кампаниями в Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Apple Search Ads, programmatic/display-сетях и mobile ad networks.

Чем предстоит заниматься

Вести контент-план и календарь постинга по всем каналам.
Координировать визуалы с дизайнерами и самостоятельно готовить тексты.
Публиковать контент, работать с social media платформами, отвечать в директ/комментарии.
Отслеживать метрики (охваты, вовлечённость, рост), готовить отчётность.
Возможна базовая работа с таргетированной рекламой - при наличии опыта.

Что мы ожидаем

1-3 года опыта в SMM.
Понимание логики соцсетей и площадок, актуальных для целевой аудитории агентства (LinkedIn, Instagram, Telegram и т.д.).
Умение ставить задачи дизайнеру/копирайтеру и укладываться в дедлайны.
Базовая аналитика - умение читать цифры, а не только собирать их.
Ежедневное использование ИИ-инструментов для черновиков текста и планирования - как рабочая привычка.
