Digital Marketing Manager
Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with company and project objectives.
Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
Generate high-quality leads for residential and/or commercial real estate projects.
Manage digital marketing campaigns for property launches, off-plan projects, events, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns.
Monitor campaign performance, budgets, CPL, conversion rates, ROAS, and overall ROI.
Work closely with the Sales, CRM, and Business Development teams to improve lead quality and conversion.
Develop and manage social media strategies and content calendars across relevant platforms.
Coordinate with creative agencies, designers, videographers, and other external partners.
Manage landing pages, website content, lead-generation forms, and conversion optimization initiatives.
Utilize Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Suite/Ads Manager, CRM systems, and other marketing analytics tools to track performance.
Prepare regular marketing performance reports and provide actionable recommendations.
Conduct competitor, market, audience, and campaign analysis.
Support SEO, SEM, email marketing, WhatsApp marketing, and other digital initiatives.
Ensure consistent brand positioning and messaging across all digital channels.
Stay updated on digital marketing trends, advertising platform developments, and UAE real estate market dynamics.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
3-7+ years of digital marketing experience, depending on seniority.
Proven experience working with a real estate developer is highly preferred.
Strong hands-on experience in performance marketing and lead generation.
Experience managing substantial digital advertising budgets and optimizing campaigns based on performance.
Strong knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads; experience with TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube advertising is an advantage.
Experience with CRM platforms and lead tracking/management.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication, coordination, and project management skills.
Strong understanding of the UAE/Dubai real estate market is preferred.
