What will you do?

The Proposal Consultant/Coordinator supports the development and delivery of proposals and bids that help Aurecon secure new work. The role coordinates proposal activities, manages documentation, and brings together content from multiple disciplines to deliver high-quality, client-focused submissions.

Below are some of the things you will be doing to support “bringing ideas to life”:

• Coordinate the development and delivery of proposals, bids, EOIs, pre-qualifications, panel submissions and tenders
• Support bid planning and submission activities, including kick-offs, reviews and other key pursuit milestones
• Develop, write and edit proposal content, including executive summaries, CVs, project sheets, capability statements and other non-technical sections
• Create and maintain proposal response templates aligned with client requirements and Aurecon brand standards
• Coordinate contributors, timelines, reviews and deliverables to ensure submissions are delivered on time and to a high standard
• Ensure proposals are compliant, accurate, well-structured and aligned with client requirements
• Maintain proposal resources, templates, CVs, project sheets and other reusable content
• Champion Aurecon's tools, systems and methodologies throughout the proposal lifecycle
• Build strong working relationships with technical teams, client leaders and other key stakeholders
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance proposal quality, efficiency and knowledge sharing

What can you bring to the team?

• 3+ years’ experience in proposal coordination, proposal management, bid support, tendering or a similar professional services environment
• Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and managing competing priorities
• Strong organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
• High attention to detail and commitment to producing quality outcomes
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook
• Experience using proposal management systems, content libraries and collaboration tools
• Familiarity with AI and digital solutions is advantageous
• Degree qualification in Communications, Marketing, Business or a related discipline
• APMP Foundation accreditation (or working towards accreditation) is desirable
