Data Science and AI Expert

Responsibilities:
-深入对接各业务部门需求，准确理解业务痛点和发展方向，将AI技术转化为可落地的解决方案。
Cooperate with business department, identify business pain point and future direction, tailor out workable AI solution.
-制定清晰的AI转型实施路线图，识别优先级高的关键项目，协调相关资源，确保项目按时保质落地并产生实际效益。
Work out clear AI transformation roadmap, with prioritized key projects, coordinate relevant resources, to ensure them landed on time with target benefit.
- 深入研究产品技术特性和市场需求，结合机器学习、计算机视觉、生成式AI等新兴技术，探索产品功能创新和性能优化的可能性，形成具有竞争力的智能产品解决方案。
Study deeply of product technical characteristics and market demand, combined with machine learning, computer vision, generative AI and other emerging technologies, explore the possibility of product function innovation and performance optimization, to form a competitive intelligent product solution
-主导跨技术团队协作，作为AI技术接口人与硬件、软件、测试等工程技术团队保持密切配合，协调内外部开发资源，确保AI模块与产品系统的无缝集成。
Collaborate with cross-technical team, work closely with hardware, software, test and other engineering and technical teams, coordinate internal and external development resources, and ensure seamless integration of AI modules and product systems
- 构建AI能力培养体系，通过制定培训计划、组织技术分享、建立知识库等方式，系统性提升研发团队的AI技术应用能力，推动组织智能化转型。
Build an AI capability development plan, systematically improve the application capability of AI technology and promote the AI transformation of organizations by formulating training plans, organizing technology sharing, and establishing knowledge bases.

Requirements:
-深度掌握机器学习（ML）、深度学习（DL）及生成式AI（GenAI）等前沿技术在工程研发领域的创新应用，具有实际落地经验。
Master the innovative application of cutting-edge technologies such as machine learning (ML), deep learning (DL) and generative AI (GenAI) in the field of research engineering and development, have related solution landing experience.
-具备行业领先的产品创新思维和AI融合能力，善于将人工智能技术与传统工程设计相结合，能提出具有突破性的"AI+产品"创新方案，持续推动产品智能化升级。
With industry-leading product innovation thinking and AI integration capability, good at combining artificial intelligence technology with traditional engineering design, capable to propose a breakthrough "AI + product“ innovation program, and continue to promote the intelligent upgrade of products.
- 掌握至少一种主流开发语，如C++/Python等。
Master at least one common development languages, C++/Python etc.
-具备较强的沟通能力，项目管理能力，问题解决能力。
Strong communication, project management, problem solving skills.
