Your Role

As an AISoftware Engineer(Full stack, Frontend, Backend),you design, develop, and integrateAI -enabledand GenerativeAI -poweredsolutions into modern applications.

You workhands-onacross the full stack while applying AI technologies to enhance user experiences, automate processes, and deliver measurable business value.

Depending on your experience, you may alsolead small development teams, mentor colleagues, and contribute to solution design and technicaldecision -making.

You collaborate closely with product owners, designers, architects, and other engineers as part of multidisciplinary delivery teams.

YourResponsibilities

• Design, develop, andmaintainscalable, securefull -stackapplications

• IntegrateGenerative AI capabilities into applications and development workflows

• Design, develop, and deployGenerative AI agents to support automation and improved user interaction

• ImplementAI-drivenfeatures using modern frameworks, APIs, and services

• Collaborate with designers, product owners, and fellow developers to deliverhigh-qualitysoftware

• Participate across the entire software lifecycle, from requirements analysis to production deployment and support

• Write clean, maintainable, andwell-testedcode aligned with best practices

• Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve technical issues across applications and AI components

• Stay up to date with emerging AI technologies and actively contribute to continuous improvement

YourProfile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience

• 2+ years of professional experience in software orfull-stackdevelopment

• Hands-onexperience usingAI and Generative AI tools in application development

• Proven experience designing and deployingGenerative AI agents orAI -poweredfeatures

• Strong experience withfront-endframeworks such asReact, Angular, or Vue.js

• Solid backend/API development experience withPython, .NET Core, Node.js

• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g.SQL Server, Cosmos DB)

• Understanding ofcontainers and container orchestration

• Experience withAzure or other major cloud platforms

• Solid understanding ofREST APIs, microservices, and DevOps practices

• Strongproblem-solvingskills and attention to detail

• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset

• Fluency in German and English are a mandatory requirement

• The gross annual salary for this position starts at €50,000 (full-time basis), in line with the IT Collective Agreement and depending on qualifications and professional experience.
