ミッション本ポジションは、従来型の「IT営業」や「ソリューション営業」とは一線を画す、ハイブリッド型のBusiness Developmentポジションです。クライアントの経営・事業課題を起点としたコンサルティングワークを通じてビジネスを創出し、その成果をインセンティブ報酬として享受できる点が特徴です。単なるオポチュニティ管理や製品販売ではなく、課題定義・仮説構築・提案設計・合意形成・受注までの一連のプロセスを“一人称”で担うことを期待しています。
主な業務内容・担当業界・アカウントにおける経営／事業／IT課題の探索・クライアントへのヒアリングを通じた課題定義・仮説構築・課題に基づくソリューション構想および提案ストーリー設計・提案資料作成およびクライアントとのディスカッションリード・社内外ステークホルダーを巻き込んだ提案推進・契約条件の整理、交渉、クロージングまでのプロセス管理・成果創出に対するオーナーシップを持つ ※受注後のデリバリー責任は必須ではありませんが、案件全体像を理解したうえでの関与・伴走を歓迎します。
評価・報酬制度・固定給＋成果連動型インセンティブによる報酬体系・受注・ビジネス創出の成果が、個人評価・報酬に明確に反映される仕組み・コンサルティングファームとは異なり、「考えた価値を、ビジネス成果として取り切る人が報われる」評価設計

必須要件

クライアントの課題解決を主目的とした提案・受注の実務経験 ※特に基幹系（ERP／CRM）、モダナイゼーション系（クラウド）領域での経験を歓迎
ITコンサルティング領域における提案型ビジネス経験（5年以上目安）
クライアント課題を起点とした提案および受注の実績
経営層／意思決定者（CxO・事業責任者等）との折衝経験
PowerPoint等による論理的な提案資料作成能力

戦略／業務／ITコンサルティングファームでの実務経験
プロフェッショナルサービス領域における営業経験
特定業界（金融、公共、製造、エネルギー等）に関する深い知見
プロジェクトマネジメント経験
