Deine Aufgaben

  • Eigenständiges Führen des Recruiting-Prozesses unserer Kundenberater

  • Sichten eingehender Bewerbungen, Treffen einer fundierten Vorauswahl und Führen von telefonischen Erstgesprächen mit potenziellen Kandidaten

  • Koordinieren und Führen persönlicher Vorstellungsgespräche vor Ort und Bewerten der Kandidaten im Hinblick auf die Anforderungen der jeweiligen Projekte

  • Abstimmen mit verschiedenen Teams (Personalmarketing, zentrale Recruiting-Hotline, Projekt-/Teamleitung)

  • Pflegen des Bewerbermanagementsystems und Sicherstellen einer strukturierten sowie transparenten Dokumentation aller Recruiting-Aktivitäten

  • Begleiten neuer Mitarbeiter in der Anfangsphase und aktives Einholen von Feedback zur Zufriedenheit

Requirements

Dein Profil

  • erste Erfahrung im Recruiting

  • sehr gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten und Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

  • Kontakt- und Kommunikationsfreude sowie ausgeprägtes Dienstleistungsbewusstsein

  • strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise

  • hohe soziale Kompetenz sowie souveränes und empathisches Auftreten

  • hohes Maß an Überzeugungskraft, Diskretion und Loyalität
