Deine Aufgaben

  • enges Zusammenarbeiten mit den Führungskräften der Standorte zur Sicherstellung, sowie Beratung und Begleitung bei Entwicklungsbedarfen

  • Unterstützen der Learning & Development Business Partner:innen bei der Erhebung und Durchführung von geeigneten Entwicklungsmaßnahmen

  • Durchführen von Einzelcoachings, Hospitationen für Führungskräfte

  • Unterstützen bei der Konzeption, Weiterentwicklung und Qualitätssicherung von Trainings- und Entwicklungsprogrammen

  • Organisieren und Durchführung von Trainings und Workshops aus dem bestehenden Trainingsportfolio (virtuell und in Präsenz)

  • Unterstützen bei der Durchführung von Assessment Centern für Führungskräfte

  • frühzeitiges Erkennen von Konfliktpotenzialen, sowie Durchführung präventiver Maßnahmen

Requirements

Dein Profil

  • Kenntnisse und Berufserfahrung in der Personalentwicklung, insbesondere als Coach oder Trainer

  • Sicherheit in der Konzeption und Durchführung von Live- sowie Online-Trainings und Workshops

  • Belastbarkeit, hohe Flexibilität, Einsatzbereitschaft und Reisebereitschaft, vorwiegend im Betreuungsgebiet

  • professionelle Kommunikationsfähigkeit mit verschiedensten Charakteren

  • souveränes und verbindliches Auftreten, Durchsetzungsstärke
