Job Title:Senior Product Manager, Engineering - China

Position Summary

We areseekinga highly motivated and technically proficientEngineeringProduct Manager to lead the definition, development, and delivery of a China-nativeAVEVA Unified Engineeringproduct. This role will be instrumental in localizing AVEVA’sEngineeringportfolio to meet China market requirements, including compliance withXinchuangstandards. The successful candidate will work closely with local R&D, global portfolio teams, and commercial stakeholders to ensure the product is competitive, compliant, and aligned with AVEVA’s strategic goals in China.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define andmaintainthe product vision and roadmap for the ChinaEngineeringoffer, ensuring alignment with both local market needs and global portfolio direction.

• Market & Customer Insight: Gather and synthesize feedback from customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to inform product requirements and prioritization.

• Requirements Definition: Translate market needs into clear and actionable product requirements, including epics, features, and user stories. Ensure traceability from concept to delivery.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with China-based R&D teams, global engineering, marketing, and sales to ensure successful product development and launch.

• Compliance & Localization: Ensure the product meets local regulatory and technical standards, includingXinchuangcompliance and integration with China’s domestic IT ecosystem.

• Go-to-Market Support: Partner with China commercial teams to support product positioning, messaging, sales enablement, and customer success.

• Performance Monitoring: Define KPIs and track product performance post-launch. Use data to drive continuous improvement and inform future releases.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in product management, preferably in industrial software orEngineeringdomains.

• Strong understanding ofsoftwaretechnologies,Owner Operator, EPC or Engineering company practices

• Experience working with or within China’s industrial software ecosystem.

• Familiarity withXinchuangstandards and China’s domestic IT infrastructure is highly desirable.

• Fluent in Mandarin and English.

• Bachelor’s orMaster’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, ora relatedfield.

• Experience launching localized software products in China.

• Strong analytical and communication skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a matrixed, cross-cultural environment.

• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, startup-like environment within a global enterprise.
