Service Engineer

Avia Equipment is an established trading and engineering company based in Singapore. Established since 1989, we are dealing with sales and servicing of a wide range of aircraft ground support equipment (GSEs), such as solid state frequency converter up to 180 KVA, aircraft cargo loaders up to 20 ton, hydraulic power service cart 3000/5000PSI, diesel ground power unit up to 180 KVA (kind of generator), Air data test set etc. Our activities cover in South East Asia and P.R. China.

Responsibilities:

• Repair, Maintenance and commissioning of products such as solid state frequency converters, various aircraft ground support equipment (GSE) and Air data test set sold by the company.
• Handle project secured by the company
• Support China operation in terms of product support (optional).

Requirements:

• ITC, Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• At least 5 years of working experience in servicing of industrial electrical products or factory facilities maintenance / electrical equipment such as power electronic equipment such as UPS, variable speed drive, diesel generator etc.  

• Good working experience on PLC control system is essential.

• Experience in electrical project management is an added advantage but not essential. 

• Good written communication skill is essential.
• Familiar with MS Office, CAD software
• Applicants must be self-motivated with strong drive and must be able to work independently and have good team work spirit.
• Successful candidate will be given on the job training on GSE.
• Must have class 3 driving license.
