Wir suchen für ein namhaftes Unternehmen aus der Chemieindustrie mit Sitz in Soest für den nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen

Export Logistics & Customs Coordinator (m/w/d).

Was Sie erwartet

  • Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen und Bestellungen aus dem Exportbereich / Drittlandskunden
  • Planung und Koordination der Lieferungen in enger Abstimmung mit unseren Kunden und Speditionen
  • Erstellung sämtlicher Versand- und Exportdokumente inklusive Zollabwicklung sowie Einhaltung aller Vorschriften der Exportkontrolle
  • Pflege und Aktualisierung außenhandelsrelevanter Stammdaten, insbesondere Eintarifierung von Warentarifnummern
  • Zollfachliche Unterstützung des Vertriebs bei internationaler Neukundengewinnung
  • Teilnahme an Meetings mit Speditionen und Kunden

Was Sie mitbringen sollten

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung mit Fachrichtung Logistik oder kaufmännische Berufsausbildung in Industrie / Groß- und Außenhandel oder Zollrecht
  • Mindestens zwei Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung, idealerweise im Bereich Customer Service Export oder Disposition
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Zoll- und Exportabwicklung (Seefracht & LKW)
  • Tiefgreifende Kenntnisse im Präferenz- und Zollrecht
  • Kenntnisse in SAP Business One und der Zollsoftware ATLAS wünschenswert
  • Routinierter Umgang mit MS-Office-Anwendungen
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Proaktive und selbstständige Arbeitsweise sowie Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Teamfähigkeit
