• A versatile reception area handling classic front-office tasks such as check-in, check-out, guest correspondence, and processing reservations and event inquiries
• Direct contact with guests, where you’ll answer questions, fulfill requests, and resolve issues professionally

• Cross-departmental collaboration with Housekeeping, Administration, and Event Coordination to ensure smooth hotel operations

• Occasional support in the dining or banquet departments when hotel operations require it-to foster a strong sense of teamwork and a thorough understanding of all processes

What you should bring

• Successful completion of an apprenticeship in the hospitality or food service industry, or a comparable qualification
• A strong service orientation and a keen sense of guests’ wishes and needs
• Business-level proficiency in spoken and written English
• Very good knowledge of MS365 and proficiency with digital tools
