Обязанности:

  • Поддержка корпоративных ИС, сервисов ЭСРП (электронных средств регистрации проездов) и ЦОД ВГК на 2-й и 3-й линиях; учет обращений, контроль SLA.
  • Мониторинг, анализ журналов, диагностика и устранение сбоев приложений и интеграций.
  • Настройка систем и доступов, обновления; участие в резервном копировании и восстановлении.
  • Работа с заказчиком и подрядчиками, проверка исправлений; подготовка отчетов, инструкций и базы знаний.
Требования:
  • Опыт поддержки прикладных ИС и пользователей; знание процессов работы с инцидентами и SLA.
  • Windows и Linux, основы SQL и PostgreSQL; анализ логов и локализация ошибок.
  • Основы TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS, API (REST/SOAP), XML/JSON.
  • Как преимущество опыт Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka и ViPNet.
  • Работа с технической документацией, описание ошибок и требований к доработкам, деловое общение.
Условия:
  • График работы 5/2 (с 09.00 до 18.00 в пят. до 16:45).
  • Оформление строго по ТК РФ (оплачиваемый отпуск 28 дней, больничный).
  • Ежегодная индексация заработной платы + премия по результатам работы за год.
  • ДМС включая стоматологию (после прохождения испытательного срока).
