We are looking for a Power Platform Developer to join our team and support the design, development, and maintenance of business solutions built on Microsoft Power Platform.

In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate business requirements into effective technical solutions. You will have the opportunity to contribute to process automation, application development, and continuous improvement initiatives within the Microsoft ecosystem.

Location: Warsaw, Poland (remote or hybrid)
Salary: up to 110 PLN netto + VAT per hour

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and enhance business applications using Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas and/or Model-Driven Apps).

  • Build and maintain automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate.

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and refine requirements.

  • Support the application lifecycle, including testing, deployment, documentation, and maintenance.

  • Provide ongoing support for existing Power Platform solutions.

  • Identify opportunities to automate and optimize business processes.

  • Follow best practices for solution development, security, and maintainability.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and explore new technologies, including AI-powered capabilities within the Microsoft ecosystem.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as Power Platform Developer.

  • Practical knowledge of Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas and/or Model-Driven Apps).

  • Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Power Automate.

  • Understanding of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and SharePoint Online.

  • Knowledge of business process automation concepts.

  • Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

  • Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with business stakeholders.

  • Basic project management and coordination skills.

  • Professional working proficiency in English.

Nice to Have

  • Previous experience developing and maintaining Power Platform solutions.

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Dataverse.

  • Familiarity with Power BI.

  • Understanding of Copilot capabilities within Microsoft Power Platform.

  • Knowledge of Azure services and integrations.

  • Familiarity with SQL databases and APIs.

  • Experience working in Agile environments.

  • Microsoft Power Platform certifications.
