Job Description:

物流操作工 - CB1 - M 职位描述

负责物料组（原材料仓库、废弃物处理、包材仓库、罐区）的日常操作管理（收发货、取样、入库、盘点）。

 负责库存的准确，并确保所有的系统操作及时准确。

 完全根据SOP(标准作业流程)执行工作，并负责对所有物流员工培训和日常工作安排，确保培训的有效性和完成率。

 建立、实施和监控团队的KPI（关键绩效指标），并定期与团队回顾KPI情况。

 跟踪并提高本区域5S的执行情况，并定期审核和改进。

 负责和相关部门（计划、维修、生产、技术）紧密沟通，以满足生产的需求。

 保证所有工作活动/设备/环境在安全方式下运行，同样也有责任检查进入车辆的安全状况。
