遵照精益生产流程和工作单的要求; 以安全，高效率，高质量和有效成本控制等方法从事生产;

以较高满意度的水准完成生产计划;

指导其他操作工，在安全，质量，以及生产效率方面树立良好的榜样;

能够较好的使用SAP系统;

参与审核，改进生产绩效;

积极参与持续改进活动;

以主人翁的态度迅速有效的发现并协调解决生产中出现的各种问题，并及时记录汇报;

完成个人年度培训计划以提升自身能力;

作为团队一份子，有义务协助维修和公用工程部门达到满意的业务目标;

能够以主人翁的态度为公司的文化和价值观做出贡献。成为团队中优秀分子，达成团队目标。
