岗位职责 / Responsibilities

1. 负责轮式人形机器人的全身运动控制（WBC）及模型预测控制（MPC）算法的研发与部署;

2. 负责轮式底盘的平衡控制、全身协调运动规划及避障算法开发;

3. 负责多指灵巧手的运动学/动力学建模、抓取规划及力控算法研发;

4. 负责算法在仿真环境（MuJoCo/Isaac Sim等）的验证及 Sim-to-Real 的真机迁移;

5. 跟踪具身智能、强化学习或传统优化算法在机器人领域的最新前沿技术。

任职要求 / Requirements

1. 硕士及以上学历，机器人、自动化、控制工程等相关专业;

2. 精通 C++，具备优秀的现代 C++ 编程习惯，熟悉 Linux 平台开发;

3. 具备扎实的机器人学基础，熟练掌握刚体动力学、空间几何、李群李代数及数值优化方法;

4. 熟悉 Pinocchio, RBDL, Drake 等至少一种动力学库，有非线性优化（如 OSQP, Ipopt）经验;

5. 有双足/轮足/人形机器人底盘控制、或高自由度机械臂/灵巧手实际开发经验者优先。
