Wearenow looking for a Project Managertoour R&Doffice in Stockholm. You willbe part of the MultichannelProducts department (MCP), focusing onthe development ofin firsthandnewnetworkvideo products, butthe scopeofthe projects may broadenas wegrow.
Whois yourfutureteam?
The MultichannelProducts departmentis part ofthe ExtendedVideo Products organizationwithinR&D, and developsnew videoproductsfrom ideato massproduction.
You will be part of a team of three project managers in Stockholm andhavefive more colleaguesin Lund. In the projects you will work closewith engineers in roles such as software engineers, electronic engineers, mechanical engineers, technical leadsand imaging engineers.Other crucial members inour product development projects are industrial leads, production test engineers, sourcing engineersand quality engineers.
Our goal is to run highly efficient product development projects and deliver top-quality products that strengthen Axis' market-leadingposition.
What you'lldo hereas Project Manager
You will lead product development projects ranging all the way from idea, through conceptual design, execution phase, industrializationand finally handover to volume production. You will typically run two to three projects in parallel,with daily responsibilities such as:
Work withthe Product Ownerto refineproductideasand requirements
Handleday-to-dayprojectmanagement activitiessuchas planning, risk mitigationand followingupon projectprogress
Lead and motivatethe projectteam towardssuccessfulgoalcompletion
Activelylook for solutions, includingtechnicalones, and drivedecision making
Identifysynergiesand managedependenciesacrossprojects
Set ambitiousyetrealisticschedulesand supportthe team in reachingthem
Advocate foryourprojectand workpersistentlytowardstollgatedeadlines
Contributewithideason howwecanimproveourwayofworking

Youtakeresponsibilityfor creatingclarityfor yourprojectteam and, togetherwithyourcolleagues, helpbuildwell-functioningoperations.The role is highly collaborative. Youcommunicateclearlywitha widerangeofcolleaguesand stakeholdersinside andoutsidethe organization, and youactivelycontributeto a goodteam spirit.
We see that you haveexperience ofleading product development projects involving a mix of software, electronicsand mechanics. You have an engineering degree in relevantfield. Experience from industrializationand hand-overto volumeproductionis a plus.
Professional working proficiencyin Swedish and English, spoken and written, is requiredfor this role.
