Your Impact

You will be the technical lead for Axon’s strategic system integrator relationships and the customer opportunities those partners bring. You stay with that work across the full cycle: first conversations, demonstrations, trials, senior engagements, and deployment when the situation requires it. You work across Axon, the partner and the end customer, understanding requirements and workflows, shaping how Axon technology and partner capability come together, and filling gaps so the work keeps moving.

This role sits in Global Sales Programs and Partnerships, the team building Axon’s partner-led model in regions where we grow with local system integrators. You will help those partners win and deliver outcomes with customers across Central and Eastern Europe, joining forces with colleagues who own the commercial relationship while you Own It technically from first conversation through to live use.

You will leave a visible mark on how Axon scales with partners: trusted technical relationships with both integrators and customers, clearer solutions, and a repeatable way of working that regional teams can rely on.

What You’ll Do

Location: Remotely from Warsaw, Poland, with regular travel across the region (approximately 40%)

• Serve as the technical lead for assigned strategic system integrator relationships. Build a clear understanding of each partner’s technical capabilities: what they can position and deliver, where Axon needs to engage, and where delivery teams take over. Keep that picture current as the partnership grows.
• Join partner-led and Axon-led customer engagements to capture requirements, explain Axon capabilities, and help shape a solution that fits the customer’s operational workflow.
• Translate between Axon technology, the partner’s integration and service model, and the customer’s environment so all three parties share a clear technical picture.
• Support partner-led opportunities through the full sales cycle: first conversations, demonstrations, trials, senior stakeholder engagements, and deployment where needed.
• Build the partner’s ability to position Axon without deal-by-deal Axon coverage: technical enablement, reusable solution patterns, and plays the partner can take from one customer and country to the next.
• Sit as the technical counterpart to the commercial partner lead: you own technical fit and partner capability; they own the relationship, pipeline and terms. Keep technical risk visible to that motion.
• Maintain a direct technical relationship with end customers on partner-led accounts: understand their environment, stay close to how they use Axon, and be a named technical contact they can trust.
• Where specialist teams are already engaged, you join forces with them. Where they are not, you fill the gap and keep the work moving: technical conversations, trials, deployment support, customer continuity, or whatever the situation requires.

What You Bring

• 3+ years in a customer-facing technical role working with enterprise or government buyers, including holding a trusted technical relationship with the customer, ideally alongside system integrators or similar partners.
• Comfort working across the full cycle, from first conversation to live use, and picking up the work when there is no one else to do it.
• Experience sitting in the middle of a vendor, a partner and an end customer, aligning requirements, solving technical issues and keeping trust when the solution is not simple.
• Comfort travelling across Central and Eastern Europe and working with distributed Axon teams in different time zones.
• Fluency in English and Polish; additional languages are valued.
• A working style that matches Axon values: you Own It for technical outcomes, Join Forces with commercial and delivery colleagues, and Aim Far on partner-led growth.
• Relevant experience in Defence, Public Safety, Security, information technology, information systems or a related technical field are helpful.

Work Location

This role is remote, based in Warsaw, Poland, with on-the-road time with partners and customers across the region.
