Axon Enterprise is an American public safety technology company founded in 1993 as TASER International to sell conducted energy weapons to police forces. Headquartered in Scottsdale, Arizona and listed on Nasdaq, the company now earns the majority of its revenue from recurring software and sensor plans rather than hardware sales.
