岗位职责 / Responsibilities
1.负责新设备setup 及导入工作
2.负责在线设备维护保养工作（设备Uptime/设备MTTR/设备保养全流程管理）
3.设备相关资产包含备件等管理
4.负责设备旧机优化任务
任职要求 / Requirements
1.本科以上学历微电子、半导体、机械类、电气类等相关专业
2.2年以上半导体设备（EVG键合机/Disco&TSK划片机）维护工作经验
3.对半导体制造整个流程工艺有个整体的了解。对封装相关的工序有一定深度的了解
4.熟悉Office办公软件，CAD or 电气图至少一项精通，英文四级以上
