岗位职责 / Responsibilities
1、与客户沟通了解芯片的应用需求，将信息反馈给工厂进行执行及产出;
2、制程整合改善与日常维护、良率提升与品质改善;
3、工艺制造流程建立以及技术开发相关工作;
4、与module工程师合作完善工艺流程。
任职要求 / Requirements
1、1-3年PIE相关工作经验，25届优秀毕业生也欢迎投递;
2、硕士及以上学历，微电子、电子科学与工程、材料、物理、化学等相关专业;
3、熟悉半导体光刻、刻蚀、薄膜、封装等工艺流程及原理;
4、良好的英语听说读写能力;
5、良好的沟通表达能力和团队合作精神。
