Senior TPD Engineer

Responsibilities

Hub administration - oneZero, PXM, Centroid, FXCubic

• Full administration of all hubs: sessions, symbols, routing, pricing, and risk configuration
• Onboarding of counterparties on FIX connector
• Onboarding of give-up (drop-copy) connector
• Configuration of custom streams per counterparty: symbol sets, markups, tiering, throttling, session-specific routing
• Enhancement of the existing setup: standardized onboarding templates, configuration baselines, documented procedures

Client onboarding testing

• End-to-end testing of every new client connection before go-live: session connectivity, pricing, execution, drop-copy, reporting
• Conformance testing of external APIs:
• Documentation and sign-off of test results

Reporting

• Volume reports from hubs (ARMS / PXM / Centroid UI)
• Custom report creation
• Volume report generation from database

Reconciliation

• Coverage account vs. margin account in hub
• Database-based reconciliation tasks

Incident handling

• Case handling from A to Z
• Emergency procedure: escalation, troubleshooting, quick reaction
• Handling issues during shift independently, escalating according to procedure

Troubleshooting

• FIX protocol issues: session layer, sequence gaps, rejects, message-level analysis

Requirements

Obligatory

• Senior-level experience administering institutional liquidity hubs - oneZero, PXM, Centroid, FXCubic
• Experience managing complex multi-counterparty infrastructure: many LPs and clients, custom streams, multiple hubs in parallel
• Strong FIX protocol knowledge and troubleshooting
• Networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, traceroute, telnet
• Working knowledge of REST API and RabbitMQ
• Experience with conformance and onboarding testing of external counterparties
• Experience with reconciliation and compensation case handling
• Ability to build reports from hub UIs and raw data
• Track record of improving existing setups: templates, standardization, automation of repetitive tasks
• Ability to work shifts, including weekends and out-of-hours on rotation

Preferably

• MySQL: volume report generation, reconciliation queries
• Aggregation pool construction and maintenance
• Metrics for monitoring pool makers
• Scripting for automation (Python / Bash)
• Linux administration basics
