工作职责 / Responsibilities

-负责大模型智能体（Agent）系统全链路设计与开发，搭建具备自主规划、复杂推理、动态决策能力的智能体架构，推动智能体在实际业务场景的规模化落地

-主导智能体核心算法研发与迭代优化，深耕意图理解、多步任务规划、工具调用、长短期记忆管理、多智能体协同等核心模块，持续提升任务完成准确率与系统鲁棒性

-搭建多维度智能体评估体系，建立效果、效率、资源成本一体化量化指标，驱动产品与算法持续迭代与自进化

-推进基于智能体驱动的业务创新，挖掘并孵化高价值应用场景，实现从技术验证到产品落地的闭环，构建差异化业务模式与增长飞轮

职责要求 / Requirements

-研究生及以上学历，包含但不限于计算机、信息工程、人工智能、软件工程、电子工程、统计学、应用数学等相关专业

-深入理解 ReAct、CoT、Plan-and-Execute 等主流 Agent 原理，熟练使用 PyTorch、LangChain、AutoGen等框架，具备 Agent 系统从算法设计到工程落地的完整能力

-深入理解大模型技术原理，追踪大模型、智能体、强化学习等领域前沿技术，具备快速将学术成果落地为商业化产品的实战能力

-业务理解力强，自驱力突出，沟通表达清晰，具备良好的跨团队协作能力

-有推荐、搜索智能体等产品从早期搭建经历，顶级会议论文（CVPR/ACL/ICML等），ACM、IOI、IMO等竞赛获奖，知名开源项目核心贡献者优先
