工作职责 / Responsibilities

-AI 工程基础建设协助：参与研发工作流、PRD 模板、Prompt 规范的整理和维护，把团队积累的最佳实践沉淀成可复用的文档和模板

-知识资产沉淀：协助维护 Skill 资产库、Prompt 库、Golden Dataset，整理团队在 AI 工具使用中积累的案例和踩坑记录，让经验不随人员流动而流失

-Agent 工作流搭建与测试：在现有 Agent Pipeline 框架下，参与具体业务场景的 Agent 搭建、测试和迭代，跑通单个流程节点

-AI 质量验证：协助设计和执行 AI 生成内容的验证用例，参与构建自动化质量检查流程

-工具调研与评测：持续跟踪 Claude Code、Cursor 等前沿 AI 工具的新功能，输出调研报告和使用对比，为团队工具选型提供参考

职责要求 / Requirements

-对 AI 工具有真实的使用经验，用过 Claude Code、Cursor 或类似工具，不只是"听说过"

-动手能力强，遇到跑不通的问题会自己调试，而不是等人来解决

-有基础的编程能力（Python 或任意一门语言），能读懂代码逻辑，能写简单脚本

-表达清晰，能把自己的探索过程和结论写成别人看得懂的文档

-计算机、软件工程相关专业优先，但更看重实际动手经验
