工作职责 / Responsibilities
-参与百度云计算产品的 Console 控制台与 OpenAPI 后端设计与开发，支撑海量计算资源的创建、变配、续费、释放等全生命周期管理
-负责计算资源管理链路的稳定性、性能与扩展性优化，包括高并发接口性能、资源状态机一致性、灰度发布与容量治理，保障线上服务 SLA
-根据产品需求和设计文档，独立完成模块设计、编码、单元测试与文档编写; 参与新架构（DDD 分层）落地及老系统接口迁移
-及时定位并修复线上问题，参与值班与故障复盘，持续完善可观测性（Metrics/Tracing/Logging）与自动化运维能力
-参与 Agent 相关新产品研发
职责要求 / Requirements
-本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程或相关专业，2 年及以上后端、基础设施研发经验
-精通 Java 或 Go 中至少一门，熟悉其内存模型与并发原语; 熟悉 Spring 生态或 Go 微服务常用框架
-理解分布式系统基础理论：CAP、一致性模型、分布式事务、幂等与重试设计; 有大规模资源管理、订单交易或云控制台类系统经验者优先
-具备良好的工程素养：单元测试、代码评审、CI/CD、可观测性（Metrics/Tracing/Logging）
-熟练运用 AI Agent 进行需求分析、编码、测试与问题排查，提升研发效率
