Digital Advisory: Baker Tilly's Digital Advisory practice helps organizations leveragetechnology to solve complex business challenges, improve operations, and drive meaningful transformation. As a Digital Advisory Associate, you'llwork alongside experienced professionals on impactful client engagements while gaining hands-on experience within an assigned practice. The specific practice area will be determinedbased on a combination of skillset, experience, and interest. Successful candidates will be:

• Candidates must be authorized towork in the United States without the need for employer-sponsored visa sponsorship, now or in the future

• Candidates must be at least 18 years of age

• Be enrolled as a full-time student during the 20XX/20XX school year in Business, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Accounting, Operations Management, Information Systems/Technology, Computer Science, Analytics, Information/Data Management, Management Information Systems/Technology, or a related field

Successful candidates will have:

• Expected graduation date between December 2027- May 2028

• A resume and unofficial transcript(s) as a required part of the application process.

• Relevant work experience and/or involvement with a professional organizationdesired

• Ability to provide exceptional client service, demonstratecommitment to continuous learning, display passionand commitment towards finding creative and efficient solutions to analytical problems, achieving results and exhibita sense of urgency and commitment to quality and the timelycompletion of duties

• Demonstrates analytical, problem-solving, critical thinking, decision-making, organizational, and interpersonal skills

• Proficiencyin the Microsoft Office Suite, including but not limited to Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Visio

• The ability to work effectively in a team environment with all levels of client personnel in various industries

• Excellent written/verbal communication and collaboration skills

The pay rate ranges for this job position are listed below. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of relevant factors including but not limited to applicant's skills, prior experience, qualifications, degrees, professional certifications, work arrangementsand geographic location. Baker Tilly offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package to eligible employees.

In Chicago, IL: pay rate range is $27.50to $92.4

In Washington DC: pay rate range is $30to $100.80

In Frisco, TX: pay rate range is $26.25to $88.20
