Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Administer, engineer,and operate ChatGPT Enterprise, Claude Enterprise

• Support configuration, administration, monitoring, upgrades, and troubleshooting of KNIME Server/Business Hub and/or Alteryx Server environments

• Manage user provisioning via Entra/SCIM, maintaining RBAC via security groups, SSO, and access reviews.

• Monitor platform health, usage, performance, and availability.

• Troubleshoot incidents and coordinate with vendor support for technical Q&A

• Support creation and maintenance of SOPs, runbooks, and technical documentation.

• Configure and support OpenAI and Claude APIs and MCP-based integrations between AI platforms and enterprise collaboration platforms.

• Configure and maintainplatform environments, administrative settings, enterprise policies, licensing, and technical configurations.

• Support platform featurereleases, upgrades, testing, and develop and maintainautomation for recurring platform operations.

• Collaborate with product management to optimizelicensing, provisioning, and platform configurations

• Implement and maintainenterprise security controls and governance requirements across supported AI platforms.

• Support audits, compliance, CAB/ECAB, and change management.

• Collaborate with product management to optimizelicensing, provisioning, and platform configurations.

• Investigate escalated incidents involving platform configuration, identity, infrastructure, integrations, APIs, performance, or service availability

• Participate in root cause analysis and implement preventative improvements.

• Create knowledgearticles and user documentation.

• Provide secondary operational support for analyst- or citizen-developed automations, particularly for platform, access, integration, deployment, and runtime issues.

• Partner with the US Senior Systems Engineer to provide follow-the-sun engineering coverage, technical handoffs, and continuity for platform operations and escalated incidents.

• Work with product management to support enablement activities and user guidance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a relatedfield.

• Minimum 3years of systems engineering or platform administration experience.

• Experience with enterprise SaaS, enterprise platformsadministration.

• Working knowledge of Entra ID/Azure AD, SSO, SCIM, MFA, OpenAI and Claude APIs.

• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.

• Experience with ChatGPT Enterprise, Claude Enterprise,

• Strong understanding of KNIME and/or Alteryx server/business hub.

• Knowledge of platform configuration and administration of AI platforms.

• Experience with Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.

• Experience in PowerShell and Python automation.

• Relevant Microsoft Azure, AWS, or platform certifications
