Gestionar ante el área de operación de cartera o ante contadores públicos autorizados, la elaboración de los certificados contables, mediante el control, revisión y supervisión de los tiempos establecidos de común acuerdo, con el fin de dar inicio a las acciones legales de recuperación de los créditos hipotecarios.
Vigilar y dar cumplimiento a las políticas del área respecto al inicio y tiempos de la acción legal, mediante el turno y envío del expediente con los documentos necesarios para iniciar el juicio de recuperación al abogado externo, a fin de ejercer acción judicial respecto de nuestro deudor.
