Job Purpose (Accountability)
- Responsible for performing audit of Technical Department, contracted maintenance Organisation, Subcontractor, etc.
- Monitoring authorized personnel of Bangkok Airways’ Technical Department, and monitor the line and heavy
- Maintenance Contracted organizationand subcontractor’s authorized personnel. Coordinate with the concerned Divisions
- in the Technical Department to review the amendment of the Technical Department’s procedures and standard practices
Duties / Responsibilities
1. Implement Technical Quality’s Audit plan and performing audit scheduled to meet the target plan for both internal audit and external audit.
2. Planning, Coordinates, monitor, perform and follow up the quality audits of each division/line station/subcontractors/codeshare/contracted organization.
3. Ensure all findings are attended to and corrective action plans approved and followed in appropriate time and manners.
4. Coordinate with The CAAT Inspector and concerned division for the C of A renewal, new aircraft delivery, aircraft redelivery.
5. Prepare and assist in revising the documentation and perform administration work within the Technical Quality division.
6. Review, prepare and approval Repair Interval Extension, capability list, mod and repair before submitted to the CAAT.
7. Liaison with The CAAT and external entities regarding the technical issues, Mod and repair approval and response to the C of A renewal, new aircraft delivery, aircraft redelivery ‘s finding.
8. Responsible for monitoring records, stamp, data, training of authorized personnel of Bangkok Airways’ Technical Department, and monitor the line and heavy Maintenance Contracted organization and subcontractor’s authorized personnel.
9. Monitor approval certificate of Bangkok Airways’ Technical department and line and heavy Maintenance Contracted organization and subcontractor.
10. Review the document regarding the List of Contracted Maintenance organization, Subcontractor, Tool Supplier.
11. Prepare and revise GMM, MOE including related documents and submitted the official letter to The CAAT and/or applicable authority for an approval.
12. Coordinate with the concerned Divisions in the Technical Department to review the amendment of the Technical Department’s procedures and standard practices (GMM, MOE including the associated procedure(s)) is in compliance with the current revision of The CAAT regulations plus any other applicable regulatory requirement and guidance material.
13. Prepare and revise Technical Quality’s SOP and all relevant documents.
14. Keep updated with and study relevant laws and regulations i.e. The CAAT, IOSA, etc.

Bachelor Degree in Aeronautical Engineering or Related Fields
Work Experience
Minimum 1-3 years in Technical quality Assurance is advantage.
English Proficiency
Minimum TOEIC Score: 650 or above
