JOB PURPOSE

The purpose of the Consultant is to support the following critical ECOM activities:

• Monthly Finance reporting
• Domain Performance Reporting including SSOT
• Domain Delivery Reporting hygiene and data quality
• Clarity / Rally hygiene

JOB RESPONSIBITIES

• Working with key stakeholders to produce monthly Domain reporting
• Working with key stakeholders to produce monthly Finance reporting
• Optimising monthly reporting to automate as much as possible and ensure accountability for both data and performance
• Support sub-domains and drive through efficiencies and simplification opportunities
• Support Resource onboarding
• Workforce reporting
• SOW tracking
• Benefits tracking

REQUIREMENTS

• At least 6 years’ experience in Finance, Project and/or Product Ownership roles in large complex organisations
• Strong experience managing, tracking and/or reporting on projects
• Strong numeracy and analytical skills
• Ability to work autonomously (whilst checking in on direction)
• Ability to work across multiple deliverables at the same time
• Attention to detail and focus on quality outputs
• Knowledge of different tracking and reporting tools is preferable (e.g. Rally, Clarity, PowerBI)
• Experience of Business Case development (preferable)
• Experience of project financial management (preferable)
