Responsibilities:
- Responsible for smooth functioning and optimization of the current user and business onboarding flows, also launching new account types for different user segments.
- Collaborate with Business stakeholders on formulating and prioritizing new ideas utilizing the combined understanding of customer behavior, user experience, and commercial aspects.
- Work with UX, Development, and Quality Assurance teams to deliver new products and features within timelines and generate positive impact on the acquisition funnel.
- Manage quick resolution of production defects and technical debt.
Requirements:
- Managing stakeholders across functions.
- Numerical Ability and Data Analytics.
- Prioritization of new initiatives.
- User experience design.
- Familiarity in working with API based scalable microservices.
- 6-8 years of core product management experience in a well-regarded fintech, with experience working on digital onboarding/KYC (individuals or corporates) of new customers.
- Tier 1 Academic Background.
- Tools: JIRA, Confluence, MS Excel.
