BAT Jordan IS LOOKING FOR AN AREA MANAGER
SENIORITY LEVEL: Management Level
FUNCTION: Marketing
ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES
Reports to: Market Manager Jordan
Geographic Scope: Levant (Jordan)
WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR
- Develop & Implement RTM plans and dashboards
- Manage distributor/customer profitability - Total Customer Investment (TCI)
- Responsible for Store assortment optimization (SAO)
- Roll out ATSM solutions (adult tobacco shopper marketing)
- Cascade Cycle instructions for field force
- Trade KPI analysis covering outlet, WS and field force performance
- Develop & implement Field force incentive scheme
- Tracking of trade budget
- Manage KA channel
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (Businees, Marketing) with at least 4 years of experience in a role involving data processing and analysis
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise multiple projects
- Good interpersonal skills
- Effective influencing skills
- Very good attention to detail and ability to work with large amounts of data
- Good communicator both verbally and written + Fluent in English and Arabic
- Strong MS office skills, mainly Excel and Power Point
- Knowledge of Power BI is a plus
- Excellent Tracking of Deadlines for internal/external tasks
- Keep Track of historical submissions
- Well organized with good time management skills
