What This Job Looks Like
We're scaling fast and looking for proactive, growth-minded players to join our rocketship of growth. This is a unique opportunity to break into sales, make a meaningful impact on revenue, and build a foundation for long-term success. You will be a key member of the sales team, responsible for engaging inbound leads, qualifying opportunities, and helping to build and accelerate a strong pipeline that drives our continued momentum.
This will include:
- Responding to inbound leads and conducting outbound calls via phone, social media, and email to learn about their needs.
- Re-engaging with past leads who previously expressed interest in our service to see if there's a better fit.
- Acting as the first point of contact for new inquiries to ensure that:
- They're a good fit for us.
- We're a good fit for them.
- They understand the value of our offering.
You'll have the opportunity to learn valuable skills and internal depth with cutting-edge software, tools, and AI that will put you on a terrific path in the sales landscape.
What You'll Bring
- Sales experience. You'll be handling inbound calls, tackling objections, and connecting with people over phone and email.
- Friendly and confident. You are comfortable in tricky conversations and building real rapport.
- Hands on with tools and data. Have experience with email and text sequence building, flows, billing, and digging into analytics.
- Proactive and fearless. You are willing to try new things, learn from mistakes, and take ownership.

What Will Set You Apart
- Highly competitive
- Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets experience
- CRM experience, including managing tasks, creating sales pipelines, and prospect segmentation
