We are looking for a proactive "doer" who is ready to take on big responsibilities from day one.
- Early Experience: You have 1-2 years of experience in an HR or administrative role (internships count!).
- Linguistic Pro: Fluent French and English are a must. Any additional European language is a strong plus.
- High-Volume Mindset: You are organized enough to manage multiple candidates at once and move fast without losing your eye for detail.
- The "Out of the Box" Thinker: You don't just wait for instructions; you identify problems and suggest creative solutions.
- Resilience: You thrive in a fast-paced, startup-style environment where no two days are the same.
