Schwan Bauernhofeis betreibt die Eistheke am Bauernhofcafé Jülich - mit handwerklich hergestelltem Bauernhofeis, saisonalen Spezialitäten und dem Anspruch, jedem Gast ein kleines Highlight in den Tag zu zaubern.
Aufgaben
- Professionelles Zubereiten und Thekenverkauf von Eis togo und Eisspezialitäten, wie Spaghettieis, Eisbecher, Eiskaffee & Co.
- Vorbereitung von Eis-Bestellungen für den Café-Service
- Sauberkeit, Hygiene und Ordnung an der Theke (HACCP)
- Bestückung und Pflege der Eisvitrine
- Kassenführung und Abrechnung
- Mitgestaltung von saisonalen Specials und Angebotsideen
Qualifikation
- Freude am Umgang mit Gästen und an der Arbeit mit Lebensmitteln
- Erfahrung in Gastronomie, Küche, Eisverkauf oder Café-Betrieb - ideal, aber kein Muss
- Zuverlässigkeit, Teamgeist und ein freundliches Auftreten
- Bereitschaft zu Schichten unter der Woche und am Wochenende
- Belehrung nach §43 IfSG (Gesundheitszeugnis) vorhanden oder bereit, diese zu erwerben
