Your role at Baxter

You will assist the Collections team with accounts receivable management, payment follow-up, cash application, dispute resolution, and analysis of overdue accounts while supporting key Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes and cash flow objectives.

What you do

• Analysis of overdue accounts and customer outreach for payment follow-up.
• Recording payments in the cash application system.
• Reviewing customer dispute records.
• Knowledge of key Order-to-Cash (O2C) process metrics, such as Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) and past-due accounts receivable.
• Reviewing accounts with orders on hold and working closely with the Credit team.

What you will bring

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, finance, industrial engineering, or a related field (minimum 50-75% of coursework completed, depending on university requirements).
• Availability to work according to the company’s telecommuting policy.
• English level B1 or higher.
• Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Strong willingness to learn and develop professional skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to organize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Proactive attitude and openness to feedback.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
