TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- The Key Account Manager is responsible for achieving the sales budget of the group of clients under its responsibility, developing the business plan with the support of the Channel Manager, of their clients, according of their channel objectives and regarding to the Marketing strategy, adapting to his/her clients.
- It will be responsible for the correct management of inventories, credit & collections and investments at their clients.
- Development, with the support of the Channel Manager, and execution of Annual business plan of their clients to achieve objectives.
- Development, with Trade Marketing and the Channel Manager, the annual business plan of their clients planning activities to support the reach of objectives.
- Coordinate and Support the Operations Field Force manager and their team to assure the correct communication and execution of plan developed.
- Develop innovative sales proposals to consolidate the Leadership of Bayer to their clients.
- To coordinate, prepare and execute, at least trimestral Director level meeting between Bayer & main clients.
- Maintain adequate inventory levels and a good quality of credit & collections KPIs in his /her clients.
WHO YOU ARE
- University degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field is required.
- At least 3 years’ sales experience, pharmaceutical OTC or / and FCG company is required.
- Experience working with Walmart is required.
- Intermediate English level is a plus.
- Requires ability to manage high-level presentations and negotiations with buyers, directors of key customers.
- Must be highly analytical to develop high impact commercial actions.
- Individuals should be able to work under pressure always oriented towards achieving results. Should be expert at Microsoft office.
