Core Description
Provide efficient and effective training to customers in the use of a range of Telkom systems, products and services. Provide customer care and support to ensure customer retention and satisfaction in accordance with world class standards
Key Deliverables / Primary Functions
- Proactively interface with other service organizations to ensure timely problem resolution execution of outstanding customer requests.
- Coordinate and schedule training sessions, including logistics, and travelling to client site.
- Manage the training calendar to align with company goals.
- Maintain accurate training records and prepare materials.
- Handle training-related inquiries and provide support.
- Prepare reports on training outcomes.
Communicate training schedules to management.
- Ensure BCX product retention.
- Market BCX products to customers.

Minimum Qualifications
NQF 6: 3 year Degree/ Diploma/ National Diploma in Computer Science or related field
NQF 4: Grade 12 National Diploma
Additional Education -Preferred /Advantage
Experience
- At least two (2) years of working experience in training coordination or administrative roles, preferably in an IT Environment.
OR
- At least four (4) years of working experience in training coordination or administrative roles, preferably in an IT Environment.
