Marketing Controller CAMEX

Your Tasks

• Act as Finance Business Partner for Marketing, Trade Marketing and Sales teams across CAMEX.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and monitoring of marketing and commercial investments.
• Analyze brand and commercial performance, providing insights to support decision-making.
• Support month-end closing activities and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to evaluate promotions, pricing initiatives, and innovation projects.
• Drive transparency and optimization of marketing spend to maximize business performance.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies, controls, and reporting standards.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of controlling processes and tools.

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in Finance, Commercial Controlling, Marketing Controlling, or Sales Controlling.
• Proven experience as a Finance Business Partner supporting commercial or marketing teams.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and month-end closing processes.
• Advanced English proficiency is required.
• SAP experience is required; Power BI is a plus.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization and manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
