El objetivo del rol será liderar la estrategia de seguridad de la planta, garantizando el cumplimiento de los requisitos legales y corporativos. Asesorar al equipo directivo en temas de seguridad, impulsar iniciativas de mejora continua, gestionar programas de seguridad de procesos y maquinaria, y fomentar una cultura de cero accidentes para proteger a las personas y operaciones.

Your Tasks

  • Garantizar el cumplimiento de todos los requisitos legales y normativos aplicables en materia de Seguridad.
  • Desarrollar y mantener una sólida red de contactos locales, incluyendo autoridades regulatorias, otras plantas de manufactura y actores externos relevantes.
  • Asesorar y brindar soporte al equipo de liderazgo de la planta en todos los temas relacionados con Seguridad.
  • Implementar iniciativas de seguridad a nivel mercado y desarrollar programas específicos para el sitio que impulsen la mejora continua del desempeño en Seguridad.
  • Promover una cultura de prevención alineada con la filosofía de cero accidentes.
  • Liderar y coordinar el desarrollo e implementación de la estrategia y programa de Seguridad de la planta.
  • Definir y recomendar objetivos de Seguridad alineados con las metas corporativas y del mercado.
  • Monitorear, analizar y comunicar indicadores de desempeño en Seguridad para facilitar la toma de decisiones.
  • Integrar la Seguridad en las decisiones de negocio y fomentar una mejora continua en todos los procesos de la operación.
  • Impulsar acciones y proyectos que fortalezcan el desempeño de Seguridad y la protección de las personas en planta.

Your Profile

  • Ingeniería Química, Mecánica o Industrial.
  • Experiencia y conocimiento avanzado en Seguridad de Maquinaria (CMSC).
  • Experiencia en Seguridad de Procesos (PSM, ATEX).
  • Conocimiento de Funciones Instrumentadas de Seguridad (SIF) y sistemas relacionados.
  • Inglés avanzado.
  • Enfoque analítico, liderazgo e interés por impulsar una cultura de seguridad de clase mundial.
