What you will do

Lead shortagecontrol and inventory accuracy in designated areas byacknowledging manifests, executing product transfers, and processing damaged itemstimely.Champion teamknowledge ofinventory management, asset protectionprocedures,safety guidelines, and security protocols.
Track store supply usageandplace replenishment orders to maintainadequate levels. Support the team in execution of facilities processes, including lighting/recyclingprograms, workorders, store maintenance,andhousekeepingresponsibilities.
Demonstrate adaptabilityandrespond tochangingcircumstances, adjustingtacticsandshiftingresourcesbasedonupdatedforecastsand businessneeds.
Enhanceteamperformancebyassistingwithonboarding, initiatingteachingopportunities, andsupportingassociate’scontinuedlearning.
