People Operations Specialist

About the role

We're looking for a People Operations Specialist to own the systems (HiBob), data, and processes behind the employee experience at Belkins.

You'll be the person who makes HR run predictably - from pre-boarding through performance cycles - and the one who automates the parts that shouldn't need a human at all.

This role sits close to the Head of HR and works daily with middle managers across the company.

It suits someone who likes building infrastructure as much as working with people.

What you'll own:

• Own HiBob as our core HRIS end-to-end (configuration, data integrity, integrations) plus recurring people analytics and reporting for leadership;
• Automate manual HR work: build self-service flows that resolve routine requests without human involvement, including with AI agents and tooling;
• Own the full employee lifecycle with deep focus on pre-boarding, onboarding, and adaptation; reducing time-to-productivity and acting on feedback;
• Guide middle managers through core HR processes: adaptation, performance management, compensation reviews, and talent mapping;
• Support lifecycle-related employee questions (onboarding, adaptation, probation) and keep all HR documentation current in Notion - complex or sensitive employee relations cases stay with the Head of HR.
• Drive engagement and a performance-based culture across remote and hybrid teams, leading HR projects tied to team competency and performance goals.

What we're looking for:

• 3+ years in HR operations or an equivalent role supporting 100+ headcount
• Hands-on ownership of the full employee lifecycle, with proven strength in onboarding
• Working expertise with an HRIS (HiBob strongly preferred) including reporting and configuration
• Comfort operating in a fast-changing remote environment and adapting quickly
• Strong planning and prioritization; you follow through without being chased
• Upper-Intermediate+English, written and spoken, Fluent Ukrainian

Nice to have

• Experience partnering with managers to help sustain a performance-based culture
• Experience building AI agents or automations for HR workflows
• Advanced Notion (databases, relations, automations)
• Experience running an HR self-service or knowledge base system
